#JustTalk Hertfordshire
Through using animation we brought storyboards created by young students to life, to help promote positive mental health in young people.
More +We produced a range of interactive digital resources for parents to help support them in their approach and decision-making to typical parenting issues.
Supporting parents to be parents.
Sandwell Borough Council commissioned Social Change to revolutionise the way the Borough’s Parenting Programme communicated and captured the attention of parents in the borough. We created a digital library of videos and animations to support parents with a number of key challenges including how to master the art of listening, talking to your children, safe sleeping, and getting the best out of primary school.
A library of brand new digital assets.
We worked closely with the Sandwell Parenting Programme team to develop the library and hundreds of hours were dedicated to the programme over 12 months. Our digital and creative team were involved from start to finish. In total we produced 14 animations ranging in length and complexity, filmed and produced 11 live-action videos with a variety of health experts and parents, designed a collection of online interactive quizzes, and populated a large section of their Healthy Sandwell website for all these digital assets to be housed.
The digital library was supported by a suite of social media content to help advertise the brand new learning materials now available. We’re confident that the impact will be huge for the general health and wellbeing of families all around the Sandwell borough area but check back in a while when we hope to be able to share the results of this fantastic project.
