Kelly is an award winning strategic marketer, communicator and researcher with significant experience working at a senior level delivering research programmes and creative and effective marketing strategies for household brands, government departments and public sector clients.

Kelly’s passion and specialism is in behaviour change campaigns, purpose, sustainable marketing and communications, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and social business aims.

Kelly has advised the government on climate change adaptation in business and authored two government reports on climate change. In addition, Kelly has authored reports on alcohol harm reduction, obesity and healthy towns, smoking prevalence and e-cigarette use amongst children, teenage pregnancy and health inequalities. She recently delivered a new Government research report in partnership with Design Council to promote healthy placemaking, supported by cross-party MP's in the wake of Grenfell and in response to the growing obesity epidemic.

Educated to masters level (MBA), Kelly is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (Chartered Status) and Market Research Society and is a Google alumni. 

Finally,  Kelly has developed social marketing tools and resources that have been published and used globally and her work is published in six international journals. She is also a regular speaker at national conferences and universities and a regular guest on BBC radio.

Out of work Kelly spends a lot of time on the coast – walking her dog Joey.

Chloe heads up our Design and Marketing team, a Creative Advertising Alumna with a background in marketing across the public and commercial sector, she's driven by her passion to make the world a better place. Working alongside the research and design teams Chloe embeds insight and creativity at the heart of all our marketing, from strategies through to creative concepts and campaigns.

Chloe not only plans and executes the marketing strategy and campaigns for Social Change UK she also works alongside our lovely clients and in-house experts to create multi-channel campaigns that create impact and inspire positive change!

Outside of work Chloe loves listening to music and has recently taken up learning the saxophone, she's a crafty type too - a crochet hook and yarn are never too far away, and like Daisy has a penchant for a nice brew! – Check out our Instagram to see their #TeaTuesday posts!

Eloise spearheads all things research, including client contact, project development and oversight of progress, all while conducting her own research into the ease of going vegan. Eloise has completed not only one, but two Masters Degrees – she’s very keen this one.

Eloise’s competencies in developing research projects and using both qualitative and quantitative research have made her a valuable asset in a wide array of research projects, most notably Healthy Placemaking and Childhood Obesity in Knowsley. She has also undertaken training in GDPR compliance to ensure our data protection practices are compliant when we undertake research with participants.

As a not-so-secret dog lover, she can often be seen cuddling a reluctant Joey in the office. Outside of work, Eloise likes to pursue her passion for medieval history with the odd TV show or exhibit.

Savannah loves half a cuppa and works with the rest of the team to bring creative ideas to life – like this very website! 

Savannah has worked on a range of insight-led high-profile creative projects in her last 5 years at Social Change UK, most notably the Drum Award-winning campaign ‘Jiggle Wiggle’! She’s passionate about using insight to develop brands, campaigns and websites that motivate and inspire people to change their behaviour. Savannah is also our UX/UI expert after training at The School of UX in 2018. 

Outside of work, Savannah can be found wood carving in her workshop – every designer needs a creative outlet after all! Now only if she could learn to finish her cups of tea…

Jo has worked across a wide range of award-winning projects within the past 5 years and has led on activity ranging from PR and marketing through to website and end to end campaigns. Jo works closely with our in-house research, marketing and design teams to help create the best ‘recipe’ for your exciting campaign or project, paying extra special attention to your specific needs and outcomes.

With her notorious karaoke skills, you’ll find it difficult to find an 80s song that Jo hasn’t heard, and if you want to see something really impressive, quiz her on music knowledge – she’s always partial to a good sing along. In her spare time, Jo likes to try anything competitive – from active classes to aerial hoops!

Lauren manages client projects and programmes whilst helping Chloe execute Social Change UK’s campaigns, all to make the world a better place. 

Lauren spends her time on all things marketing, from creating marketing plans to executing all kinds of paid and organic activity, using insights throughout to deliver inspiring campaigns. Her favourite projects include social media ads, where she uses her expertise to optimise results to create maximum impact. 

Like Savannah, you’ll find Lauren heading to a gig or working on her prints in her free time; if she’s not already eating waffles, drinking pumpkin spiced lattes or showing you thousands of identical pictures of her dog.

Jake is our Creative Designer and Producer, a visual communicator with a keen eye for design, Jake has a passion for bringing creative ideas and concepts to life, especially through illustration and animation.

Jake has brought his own distinct style of design to a range of social marketing projects here at Social Change HQ. Including a collaboration with the Lincolnshire Care Association to create a bold and meaningful new brand identity and working with the Equality and Human Rights Commission to create marketing materials that seek to protect our rights and challenge discrimination.

A staunch defender of pineapple on pizza, outside of the office Jake can be seen attempting to visit the gym a few times a week and listening to the sort of niche comedy podcasts that only he’d find funny.

Daisy supports Eloise in implementing all things research, from developing important research materials such as surveys and interview guides to carrying out qualitative and quantitative research and analysis. As our in-house data geek, she also leads our data analysis function for a range of projects.

Daisy has worked on many important research projects, including an exploration of physical inactivity amongst older adults for Active Lincolnshire, initial research to inform the For You & Baby campaign and an evaluation of business support for Lincolnshire County Council.

In the office, you can all too frequently hear Daisy offering her fellow Changemakers a cup of tea from her weird and wonderful tea collection. Outside of work, Daisy is an avid reader and has recently joined an aerial hoops class.

Sophie is a bit like Velma from Scooby-Doo – useless without her glasses.

She spends her days writing change inspiring words and managing accounts at Social Change HQ, creating everything from social media posts, to press releases, editorials and more for our lovely clients. Her favourite projects are the ones where she can see that her writing has had a tangible impact.

Her hobbies are too nerdy for her to willingly put on this website, but she does have the innate ability to turn any conversation into one about her cats (try it, we dare you). She is still traumatised by that one time she was attacked by a seagull in Llandudno back in 2008.

Lindsey uses her social media powers for good as our Junior Social Media Manager, with a keen eye on trends on everything from TikTok to Twitter. 

Lindsey has experience in the charity sector, making her the perfect go-to in the Marketing Team for creative social media strategies, content creation, influencer management and analysis. You might even have the honour of her replying to your Facebook comments! 

When she’s not out riding Jeremy the horse, you’ll spot Lindsey taking her pup out on a trip to grab an iced latte, styling the latest trends, or taking a donation box to an animal sanctuary.

Anna uses their logical thinking and research skills to support the planning, design, execution and reporting of social research programmes for Social Change UK. 

Anna has a degree in Psychology, making them a natural-born analyst- the perfect background for investigating important social issues. Anna isn’t afraid to step out of the box when it comes to research to educate the public and create real positive change. 

In their free time, Anna loves going to 90s hip-hop gigs, and makes the most of the Lincolnshire scenery on walks with their friends. Ask them to make you one of their special cocktails or mocktails- you won’t regret it!
