Good and Kind is a social impact and community platform which encourages, inspires and supports people to carry out 'good deeds' or acts of kindness. Users can sign up to as many acts as they like and view how much they have contributed to society from these. Good and Kind shows the BIG impact that kindness can have on society.

We have designed and developed a Diabetes Virtual School - an online, personalised learning school for people diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. This is an interactive, structured online education programme with resources for patients to self-educate with professional guidance, to help them manage their condition.
